Service and guarantee
Despite our attention to quality, it can happen that a (part of the) cap in the inside lever, the sliding U-profile, gets stuck when using the Liftboy and Fastening Clips. If this happens, you can send the inside lever back to us. We will then send you a replacement. If you are filing and urgently need the lever, send us an e-mail. We will then (if possible) send you a lever the same business day via PostNL. Don’t forget to state your name and address.
The product information about the Liftboy includes an instructional video about the use of this product. You can find the written manual there as well (pdf). The warranty will no longer apply in the event of improper use of the Liftboy.
Orders and delivery
Our products can be purchased from various providers of office supplies within Europe. If your regular supplier does not have the product you need in stock, don't hesitate to contact us. Our staff can advise you on what to do.
Conditions of delivery
The minimum order amount is €250. The shipping costs depend on the country of destination. Generally, all our products are available from stock, with the exception of the "specials".
